Coaching is a highly thought-provoking and creative process.

Coaching begins with deepening self-awareness.

Coaching engagement begins with self-awareness. Depending on your needs, this will include one or more assessments to evaluate interpersonal style, strengths, preferences and values. This is a critical path to better understand where you may be stuck or where you may have blind spots before embarking on change. Interviews with your direct leader and/or colleagues may be included for leadership coaching clients.

Building Momentum

In an iterative process, we'll dig into what's most important to focus on and why, building experiments and activities to create forward momentum. This phase includes fieldwork in which you will complete developmental work in between sessions.

Together, we'll access untapped sources of imagination and creative energy to design a completely custom path to professional fulfillment.

Sustain the gain

When you are ready to thrive on your own, we will create a final transition plan, exploring insights gained and accomplishments made. Most importantly, we’ll outline the systems and structures you’ll monitor and support to sustain the gain. The transition phase celebrates how far you’ve come — a tribute to your investment in development.

For Leadership Coaching clients, it is often beneficial to conduct a final wrap-up session with your direct leader to share key learnings and discuss supportive measures to continue the upward trajectory.
