Leader Assessment & AssimilationEnsuring a leader’s success is mission-critical and can be time-sensitive. We utilize two approaches to help leaders gain insight into their approach and implement solutions quickly: 360 Services: Key stakeholder interviews are conducted with the leader’s direct reports, peers, and manager to generate rich feedback on strengths and opportunities. In addition, psychometric assessments such as the Hogan Assessment Suite (Hogan) or DiSC Behavioral Style Assessment will be conducted to aid in building self-awareness. Following the discovery phase, the leader will participate in targeted coaching to implement change. New Leader Assimilation: Create a smooth transition and maximize potential as you onboard a new leader into an existing organization or team. Taking a 360 approach, we help your new leader gain insights on team strengths, areas of opportunity, and strategic priorities, ensuring they can build trust and generate results quickly.

Coaching engagement begins with self-awareness. Depending on your needs, this will include one or more assessments to evaluate interpersonal style, strengths, preferences and values. This is a critical path to better understand where you may be stuck or where you may have blind spots before embarking on change. Interviews with your direct leader and/or colleagues may be included for leadership coaching clients.
